I was very excited when my order arrived, but unfortunately TForce Logistics delivered an empty box. They stole my child’s back to school sneakers that I purchased from StockX. Please never use TForce Logistics.

There should be a zero stars for this company. If you see your package being delivered by them CANCEL IT ASAP!! The worse ever experience!! I ordered an Essentials hoodie for my daughter as a Birthday present. Even paid extra at Stockxx for faster delivery. TForce has had my package for 4 days stating it was out for delivery by 9pm each day. Each day, Nothing received. Next day same status. 2nd day says my HOUSE was not accessible which is not true as I get packages all day and again this is a house not a building you need access to. 4th day says out for delivery AGAIN! I emailed multiple times and I called. ESCALATED to call the facility which is 30mins from my house. All of a sudden by 3pm day 4, it states delivered at 11am. LIES as I so happen to be outside my house at that exact time as Amazon just delivered a package to me at 11am. I checked everywhere on my porch and around my house, no package was delivered. Called customer service they say delivered and are clueless and I am waiting. My package is just lost. My best guess is STOLEN in their facility. This carrier is trash. Do not trust them to deliver to you!! Be WARNED!

Package from Zara was meant to be delivered yesterday before 9pm - check the tracking then and it shows an update at 8.52pm that delivery was “unsafe” so it would be delivered that day. Same again today where at the end of the day an update on the tracking at 8.57pm saying “delivery delayed”. I’ve never had this issue with any other US courier and I’d paid extra for this to be delivered quicker.

I would give 0 star if I can. Worst courier ever. They have been holding my packages without even attempt to deliver. They said they couldn't find a safe place to drop the first time, which is really weird because we have 24-7 staff at the front desk, and other courier services never had a problem. Their customer service is very unhelpful, and they cannot tell me more information about my packages other than they are not loaded and don't know when the next delivery will happen.

Absolutely the most horrendous delivery service. The mathematical odds of the delivery happening and on time are probably 80% at best. Which means every 5th time you won't get the package. Why on Earth would RentTheRunway partner up with this awful service is beyond me.

I didn't think it was possible to have one star as an average review but here we are. Probably the lowest rated company in the country.

These folks are terrible! The three times that I used them the drivers delivered my packages to the wrong house! The drivers contact you before delivery and after they screw up they never answer calls or texts. One of the drivers told me that their GPS mapping system is old and obsolete.

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. I have two Rent The Runway packages that I sent to my job this week. Keep in mind, If I don't get these packages I will be on the hook for probably $1000 since the clothes are rented.

They are marked as delivered, but I never received the packages. Furthermore, security for my building sent me screenshots of the delivery worker taking them to the front desk, not dropping them off, and then leaving with both packages. Proving that both packages haven't been delivered even though they are erroneously listed as delivered. These screenshots are attached below.

Their customer service is terrible. They sent me back and forth between the same numbers. I've been calling back 3 days in a row, and they gave me the same regurgitated response "please call back the next day." So then, I escalate to the next logical step, asking for a manager. They say there isn't a number for a manager, or they put me on hold looking for a supervisor and the supervisor is "unavailable".

I'm currently in the process of urging Rent The Runway to use a different carrier. This delivery service will bring down the reputation of any reputable business. I can no longer use their services if they continue to use unreliable T Force. I'm also filing a complaint with the BBB.

Soon they will likely respond, as they have before to the numerous bad reviews, "Apologize for the inconvenience.This is not the kind of experience anyone anticipates.."

However, this IS the kind of experience you should anticipate with T Force.

This company stole my StockX shoes I paid $1600 for. I have read other reviews saying the same thing happened to them. If you call them they will not help you. I asked over and over to ask for a supervisor and they refuse to connect me.
