I had a 4 pound package to send to a provincial area of the Philippines. If you use ups, fedex, or dhl the cost for that would be between 300 and 400 dollars. USPS is similar but there’s a cheaper way which would be between 70 and 150 dollars. But it takes as much as 3 months for usps. Also USPS refused to send used electronics which my package had an iPhone and other stuff.
I sent my 4 pound package to Johnny air in nyc. It took 2 days usps priority mail to get there. They forwarded the package on Friday, and they delivered it to cabadbaran city on the following Friday. One week. And it was 130 dollars (plus my 10 dollars or so usps to nyc). They were the nicest people also. I am not sure how some of the people here had a negative experience… I guess they were unlucky or maybe I was just lucky. But I highly recommend using Johnny air.

Decent prices going to the Philippines compared Fedex or others. Shipments from NYC to Manila is aeound 1 week to 2 weeks home delivery.

They said they’re fast, reliable and friendly- total opposite, I tracked the package, it’s was sitting in their office in Makati- my friend called if they can pick up- they said they would deliver the same day- and they didn’t- no calls whatsoever. Very disappointing. I called to inquire what happened- they said they will pass my call to supervisor and no return calls too. Very unprofessional.

Great place. Was in and out in minutes. Friendly service and really great prices compared to shipping usps or fed ex. Johnny Air charged $33 (tracking and hand delivery included) for a 4 lb box to the Philippines versus $94 at the Post Office! It is an easy decision to go with Johnny!

RELIABLE PLACE FOR FILIPINOS TO SHIP THINGS BACK HOME - WHETHER IT BE GOODS OR MONEY REMITTANCE. SHIPPING BY CARGO BOAT TAKES THREE MONTHS AND FOR URGENT ITEMS THERE IS AIR EXPRESS THAT TAKES TWO WEEKS DUE TO CUSTOM CLEARANCE. STILL BETTER THAN THREE MONTHS BUT THE COST IS ALMOST $8.00 PER POUND ALONG WITH DELIVERY CHARGE. IF IT'S URGENT, THEN AIR EXPRESS YOUR PACKAGE.
