I seldom give reviews, and when I do, it's usually because I'm angry enough to warn others of a lousy experience or terrible service, but not with Hone!

This is the second instance I've taken time to praise and recommend Hone Propane. They are, hands down, the best propane service company anywhere. They are friendly, courteous, treat you like a friend, always competent and competitive and bend over backward to meet your needs. Case in point; Last week, due to a family tragedy, I'd failed to let them know I was low and, ran out. This wasn't the first time I wasn't watching the level and when I called Brandon, I could tell he was a little annoyed. He politely told me it was difficult to have to change routes and schedules to make emergency deliveries and he asked me to please keep an eye on the gauge. Like I said, this wasn't the first time, and yet Brandon was cordial and never lost his cool. Even bending schedules, he told me the best he could do was Thursday - 4 days out. Unbelievably, he had the tank filled the next morning for us, and we're not on any route and nowhere near Ogden. Sheesh, my brothers aren't that nice to me!

This is the norm for Hone Propane, not the exception. I've been with them for 5 years now and never once had anything to complain about. But I've had plenty to praise them for. I live in a canyon with a steep, 700' long driveway. Last Winter, with record snowfalls, they showed up in a blizzard, and for safety's sake probably should have just left and waited for better conditions. Instead, their driver took the time and effort to chain up (I was very impressed he carried chains for both axles), back all the way up my treacherous driveway and get my tank filled. Then he did the same thing for my neighbor.

These guys treat me like I'm their best customer, when, in reality I'm probably one of the most difficult. I've seen a couple of negative reviews here amongst mostly 5-star. To those haters I say, "you're nuts!". I'd give 10 stars if I could. I'm a 30+ year business owner and have dealt with hundreds of vendors across the west. I rank Hone Propane as the best of the best.

Today we purchased and filled a lot of tanks. We are so excited to expand our personalized service for our RV Guests. Hone Propane was so easy to work with, they made start to finish a breeze. Gave us some great tips and was super professional with side of friendliness. Thank you for all that you do.

Hone is the best place around to fill up your tanks. They have great prices and awesome employees! Hone is the only place we'll go for propane!

Poor customer service and rude employees.

I have used this company for multiple fill ups simply because having another company inspect the tank for a rental did not make sense. This is the company the rental has used before I moved in. They are prompt to take the order but each time we have had issues with this company.

1st issue, I asked for their rate at the time I ordered a fill up and when they delivered they charged .50 more per gallon. When I called and asked they said, very rudely. "NOPE WE WOULD NOT HAVE QUOTED YOU THAT PRICE".

2nd Issue, upon moveout I called and asked if they would fill my tank to %50 as per my lease. The lady who answered said that 75 gallons was the minimum. I agreed to 75 gallons. They delivered 310 gallons instead. I once again called and got the same rude individual. He said " WE WOULD NOT DELIVER ANY LESS THAN 200 GALLONS, IT IS NOT WORTH MY TIME". Once again extremely rude. I told him about my previous conversation and he was unwilling to work with me.

I am glad that I never have to call them again, they took my money and provided terrible customer service. I will take the extra time to get my tank inspected by a reputable company that understand what customers service means.

Received recommendation to go to Hone Propane for filling my forklift tank. Copper was extremely helpful and took care of me. Will definitely be back for all of my propane needs. Awesome pace!

Just stopped in. I was on a road trip from Colorado to Southeast Oregon when I was informed that my tank had an old style valve that they couldn’t fill. After calling for five places that fell in my path and nobody able to help I got in touch with these folks. Nice guy. Efficient and the price was right. I can’t say enough. Saved part of my trip.

💯! I have been going to Hone Propane for years. I typically don’t write reviews but wanted to give a shout out for how this company runs. Every time I go in to get my tanks filled, Brandon has provided exceptional customer service. He definitely takes pride in his business.

Definitely worth the drive past the gas stations to go to the source. Plus you will save some money too.
