DO NOT use this company. They are incredibly unprofessional, dishonest and unreliable. 1 hour before the confirmed pick up, George emailed me demanding more money than we had agreed upon. I was transparent and clear throughout our correspondence. I sent very detailed documentation that contained measurements and explanations of what was in the shipment. He had over a week to tell me that he would require more money, which I would've paid out of respect for the work he was doing. He never answered my phone calls and he never showed up even though I didn't cancel the job. I understand this job was "small" for them but that doesn't warrant the way he handled it. BEWARE & DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This company started off perfectly nice. The boss George seemed like a good guy. However his two workers stole an expensive Bose wireless speaker (and charger) from my studio upon finishing the job.

When I called them out on it they denied it and gave me attitude. George has refused to give me the names of the two workers who stole my speaker.

DO NOT use this company. They are shady and dishonest. This is coming from somebody who has worked with hundreds of art handlers. Nobody has ever stolen anything from my studio any other time.
