WFS is the handling agent for multiple airlines, at building 66 they handle British.
Not sure why an airline like British Airways use this company for their handling.
They are the worst, opens at 8am but no one at the counter to process paperwork at 8:30am no one is even visible, you can her people gossiping in the back.

Drivers sitting here waiting, I’m picking up a small box and they don’t seems to care if people are waiting or not weather you have 1 PC or a full trailer.
This place should be out of business for the way they operate.

This place should be closed down and the responsible ones sent to prison. They keep the drivers in a cage (literally) and have them wait for 5+ hours already. Chairs? Of course not. Just a small wooden bench. Can't believe what I see in the 21st century, not in the States. Ban them!

Horrible!
We are waiting an hour no body’s cares about it, we ask them how long more it’s gonna be take, they said we have to wait, there is not that much trucks but maybe they’re sleeping inside.
It’s really poor service I never had.

This is the worst place l ever been
Less than half hour l feel sick because of the strongest smell of the pee all over the place
The place doesn’t allow Costomer to used the bathroom and there’s no portable toilets as well
Stinky like hell

They charged me $800 for storage of a shipment that arrived via British Airways despite I provided all necessary documentation the day next to arrival, no one inspected the goods and I could not pick it up. They blamed US CBP (building 77) for not inspecting the packages. CBP blamed IAG Cargo. Result: I could not pick up my packages for three days (and went back and forth from Manhattan to JFK three times) and had to pay $800 extra. This is not right. And I will make a full report on the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor: avoid shipping via BA and make sure pickup is not with IAG CARGO (bldg. 66)
