Do not go with this company. I’m not sure where they got those positive reviews. If I could give them zero stars I would. They left me waiting all day and when I called to speak to someone the next day, they weren’t helpful at all. After I spent all day waiting, they want to give me the excuse that they called once and my phone didn’t have a tone. After you know I’ve been waiting all day, you’re only going to call once and then just be like forget it, I’m not going to bother to make another call. They should’ve made a better attempt at getting in contact with me after I called them to let them know someone was waiting. Then just because I didn’t get the name of the person I spoke to she wanted to make it seem like it was my fault. It felt like she was attacking me instead of trying to work with me and I told her they were being very inconsiderate of people’s time. They should do a better job of communicating within their own staff and with their customers. The manager should learn some customer service skills if she is going to be working in a business that provides customer service. Then maybe she could train her staff better at providing good customer service to their customers. Moved on to another shipping company. Will never ship with them again.

I alway send boxes with this company, but for 3 time my boxes got open and a lot of my thing was stolen. When I called the third time they said they will do a report. How many more times I have to get robbed for you guys to fix the problem?. The lady that pick up the phone t take the report told me that if I got robe so many time why I keep using this company? Lol that is coming form one of there own employees. This time I’m going to listen and I will not use this company ever again.

Horrible Service, They should get Zero stars. Every time I send boxes lately it takes over six weeks to receive. They were good many years ago. However, now they are the worst. No longer using their service. The person that picks up the phone can’t be more rude. We are paying for the service, its not free. She needs a customer service training.

This company is a total fraud I sent 3 boxes of food 3 weeks prior my vacation and they never took my boxes which contained stuff for my kids. Always when I call they had excuses which is not what I paid for I paid then the total amount of money to receive my boxes. They told me that they can't reimburse my money of what I paid plus what my boxes contained. I will be sending them channel @Univision and @Telemundo channel 11 and the whole News channel if I don't get my money back ASAP.

They flat out expect you to wait ALL DAY for the box to be picked up. Sometimes they don't even pick it up on the day agreed.

Customer service is horrible. They have no manners or regards for your time or the fact that you are paying for a service.

In the past, they would provide an estimate time frame for the pick up. But today when I call to set up a pick up for next week, according to the rude female rep, they don't provide estimate time of pickup and I am responsible for calling the day off to verify IF my box will be picked up.

When I said, "You guys expect us to wait around all day for the box to be picked up? That makes no sense. People have to plan their day." Her response was "That's how it is. What can I tell you.". I immediately canceled my request.

I was told by the female rep, that the owner said that "It is best for us not to do business together." And I agree. But the owner should have gotten on the phone with me and try to work it out. My opinion.

Plenty other companies out there. ✌🏽

Agustin Cargo Express is my go to shipping services when shipping items to the Dominican Republic. They have outstanding customer service and always deliver in a timely fashion. The items I ship always arrive intact and undamaged. They handle delicate items with care, and the delivery guys personally pick up/drop off the boxes in a timely manner. The owner, Gerardo, is very kind and gracious, and has always gone above and beyond to meet his customers needs. I look forward for my next delivery during the holidays. Thank you for your service.

This is the only shipping that should be trusted in NYC period. They will handle all of your shipping needs and are very friendly, courteous have been using them since the early 2000 and there has never been an issue with none of the merchandise shipped.
