MAKATI EXPRESS CARGO is the WORST delivery courier, especially during peak seasons. They try to save money at the expense of SERVICE QUALITY and the TRUST their customers place in them. It’s been over 6 months, yet our cargo from New York still hasn’t arrived. We have been contacting their branches in the Philippines, but they are not answering our calls or messages. This is how bad this company is. MONEY OVER QUALITY IS REALLY A BIG, NO NO. WE WILL NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. ITAGA NIYO YAN SA BATO.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I sent a package via air cargo on March 4, 2024. The latest update posted on their website as of April 2, 2024, my package has been transferred to their Pampanga branch. When is it going to be delivered in La Union?What's the use of sending it via air cargo if it would take them a month or more to deliver it. It's very disappointing!😡😡😡

The person we talked through the phone is very rude and disrespectful. We asked the person on the phone inquiring for price rates for sending boxes to the philippines but HE replied us in a very disrespectful and sarcastic answer. It seems the person on the phone thought that they are the only company that handle this kind of services. The people at global cargo movers llc were very nice in answering our inquiries. I am advertising their services rather than this company, because this company shouldn't employ unprofessional and very rude people.
