The worst experience. Bring yours papers work printed. They won help you with them. Bring your own pen to sign. They don't offer one. The women in checking office are very rude.

For truck drivers: Im came to this weerhous 12:05 pm 04.24.2024, now 6:45 am, 04.25.2024, still waiting, evriting is wrong here, offise, fort lift drivers , si my recomendayt is dont came to here for pickup loud, you will be have spend very stresly long time, here working not a person, they are " union animals",

They (WFSs) are nothing but a bunch of crooks. I had a horrible experience. My friend send a personal cargo from Saudi which arrived on time and I received a call from WFS about it. I was never told that I need to arrange my own customs clearance and rather they kept mum about it until the day was the last day they would keep the boxes in the storage for a $400/day fee. Even they told me this info when I was getting impatient that why my cargo was cleared by customs. Finally I had to pay the storage for one day, also pay a customs broker and pick up those boxes. I heard from multiple customers at their location about their horror stories about these WFS crooks. Avoid them at all cost.

Stay away from this shipper they order my truck I did 120 dead head paid the tolls came earlier and wasn’t loaded in pu date. I had wait for the next day morning. I shocked they kept my truck just in case, at the same time looking for other chipper options.
