I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU EVER USE THIS COMPANY. The day of the scheduled pickup for my boxes I was told it was going to be between 2-4pm and they arrived at 10pm . This was only because we called their phone several times. When speaking to their staff, they speak to you as if they are doing you a favor and not like you are a paying customer. The shipment took 1 month and a half to arrive to DR which was 1 month longer than their estimated date. The day of the arrival of the boxes they opened the boxes upon delivery to show that everything was there which means that they have been accused of missing items before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I sent a box to Santo Domingo on September 4, 2024, and to this day, it still hasn’t arrived. Each time I call, I’m told there’s a delay at the ports, and it’ll arrive within 10-12 days, yet I’ve been hearing this excuse for over a month. Meanwhile, other companies my family has used have delivered their packages on time without any issues, so clearly, this company is the problem.

Adding to the frustration, their customer service is appalling. The representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive when I asked for an update, and I had to set her straight just to get any information. This company shows a complete lack of respect for their customers’ time, money, and trust. Do not make the mistake of using this company if you want reliable delivery and decent customer service. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and a complete waste of time.

Really good people. I’ve used this company for over 9 years with no issues! They are fast and safe! I trust them with all of my packages. There reliable, have good prices, and treat their customers with respect. Excellent!

If I can give these people a zero minus I would.I have one day off .and I have set my appointment a whole week in advanced they gave me a window period of 12 to 5pm...stayed at home waiting 5pm came then they said 6pm okay I'll wait....these people never came....wasted my hole day. If anyone reads this and you value you time...don't call this company not even to take you dog for a walk..

I sent 3 boxes back 2013, the employees that came to my house had to help me closed the boxesc because they were loaded to the top. The way my family received were not even nearly full, its was missing so much stuff that mycfamiky has to sent me pictures and called me because they had never received a package so empty before, to see if that was the way I sent it. The company never took responsibility for any of this.

These people are the most irresponsible shipping company I have ever used. I shipped 1 box with them and when it arrived it was missing half the items I shipped. I called to complain and the owner of the company Lupe Fernández straight up called me a liar disrespected me and would not even at least refund me my $170 dollars that I payed for this shipment. Worst experience ever and would never use or recommend these people to no one.
