Great business! I was sick of getting my packages stolen here in the East Village. This option is the best because they have great customer service and it can all be done via email. There are other options in the neighborhood, but I just don't want to deal with people face to face to get my packages. These lockers are in a convenient, safe and clean location. If you're thinking about using GoLocker, just do it. They are great!

I have a GoLocker in my building in Bed Stuy - Bushwick. The delivery people as well as staff at their facilities are all so nice. Instead of charging me for an oversized package (which I think they could have), they brought it to my door on the 7th floor. And when 2 packages were not in the cubby as they should have been, they asked for a picture (so always take one if something seems missing), and then an invoice of what I had bought, and then re-ordered the items on Amazon for me, at no cost. I hope the company continues to reward and hire such awesome staff.

I could not recommend GoLocker more. Nigel was extremely helpful when I accidentally shipped my package to the wrong address and then had it held at a UPS facility that was not convenient for me to access. He offered to pick it up for me, and then delivered it to my locker first thing the next morning, ensuring all along the way that my (very sentimental) package was safe. I am so so happy with the amazing customer service, and will absolutely be using GoLocker for my shipping needs from now on.

GoLocker was the perfect solution for us. We were travelling through New York and needed to do some online shopping, but didn't have an address to send our packages to. The registration process was quick and easy and the pickup process seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Oh and the customer service was excellent! Trust me, this service deserves more than 5 stars. Extraordinary service.
I flew from Ireland and was going to collect a package on a Saturday. My package, though, arrived way earlier than expect. They held my package for me for an entire week providing constant updates throughout the process and re-delivered it to the locker the day I was arriving without any extra cost. This is, hands down, the best experience I have had with a company support. Not even Amazon has a support this great. You can trust GoLocker with your eyes closed and they will handle everything for you in case unforeseen circumstances arise.

Best delivery experience ever!
GoLocker employees are hard working, fast responding, problem solving, simple people with a sprinkle of great humor.
It was my first time using their service so i was a bit confused about the whole process. Even though i cluttered their inbox with countless questions and messed up dates of picking up the items from lockers they made sure i get everything i ordered. I quote: "Dont worry, we'll take good care of you", and they really did.

When the us postal service has got you down — missed package slips, lost items — goLocker has your back. Their service is incredibly easy to use and their customer service is human (as in, they are actual humans!) and very nice.
