Not a place I'd go back to. The food is ok: I've had much better / more interesting for less.

Service is minimal, but that's not a bad concept (order on tap screen, get a buzzer). Atmosphere is great.

Pretty basic ramen, neither the toppings nor the broth were noteworthy (the chashu was great, though). $10 for 4 takoyaki is very disappointing, I expected 6 or more for that price, and I wasn't fond of them being on top of sweet & sour sauce ? The gyozas were unremarkable. I suggest you explore other places.

My husband and I came for dinner and were pleased with the flavors and atmosphere. I ordered the spicy beef ramen and my husband ordered the spicy tonkatsu. The spicy beef broth was delicious and had a perfect level of spice, around 2/5. I wish there was more than one leaf of bok choy though. The beef itself was okay, I would probably order a different protein next time. The noodles were just okay.

My husband really enjoyed the tonkatsu ramen but became really ill in the middle of the night… I did notice a kitchen staff member handling food without gloves. So consider that at your own risk.

This place is packed which I can not understand. I can make this crap at home just boiling water and throwing in spaghetti noodles with Some Costco chicken and it would be 100x’s tastier. I squeezed lemon and piled on chili sauce to get some type of flavor. I don’t get it.

I had my order to go, the broth was great and so was the pork. I do think it had an okay amount of spice for it being “spicy” but I think I will order more chili next time. The noodles for me were too springy, but next time I just have to tell them to cook them longer. I got extra pork since I felt it wouldn’t have been enough and it’s a good thing I ordered the extra. BEST crab ragoons I ever had! And they were full, usually they skimp on the ration filling but they were amazing. I am definitely going back to eat there 🤤

I eat here a lot and it’s always consistent and so good. This location has counter service and you order at a kiosk. I love it. It’s a perfect option when you’d like some delicious soup and fast service. It’s not a restaurant so don’t expect a waitress. You can grab any utensils you need and drop your dishes off at a bus station. Always consistent and the staff is always so nice. Love it here.

Wu's is now on my list of places to avoid. The biggest reason is because it's not clean. We were swatting away multiple fruit flies from around our table. The bus stations were piled up with dishes and the areas around the trash cans were swarming with fruit flies. It was gross. There wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant at the time, so there was no reason for it to be sitting there like that for so long.

I've also noticed that since they've opened many moons ago, their bowls got smaller and their prices went way up. I used to have a good amount of leftovers, and that is no longer the case. The amount they charge is not worth it if I have to bring my food to the table, bus my table, ask for tips, and not have leftovers! Also, the food isn't the same anymore. I can taste a change in the quality, as well as how they prep the dishes. The rice bowl I ordered used to have other things included in it, but not anymore. This used to be a go to spot for me.....not anymore.

The food is delicious and it comes out quick. I dont know if ordering a spicy noodle soup is different than adding the spicy on the table but i tried both and couldn't tell the difference. So if you want spicy, I would add it at the table and save $1.

Also, you pick up your own food at the counter and bus your own table.
