I really miss Luis who used to be the store manager and moved to the Orem location and now they are stocking up on the parts I usually need, hopefully the SLC location will improve in that area after his leave.

My business would not be able to survive without Worldpac. From the brands offered, top quality, immense selection, fast lead times and excellent pricing they provide, to the amazing accuracy of orders and delivery times, their warranty coverage, cross reference ability, and OE part number selection to dead on dealer list prices of their catalog, everything they provide is top notch. No other part supplier even comes close to what they do. Customer service at the warehouse could be better, luckily I don't have to deal with the employees there very often.

Not good to their employees. Steven and Luis are the 2 bozos in charge. Neither could fill a thimble with personality. Steven is mesmerized by a Diligent Delivery chic that is playing him like a flute. Luis refers to the staff as 'animals in a zoo' and is basically a wanna be dictator. Good place for parts, not people.

Worldpac is a great parts place. When I can’t find a part at the local parts stores I generally can find the harder to find parts here at worldpac. We use them as often as we can at the auto shop that I work at.
