Very pleased with my experience buying a 16’ tandem utility trailer. I had spoken with them online. Arrived around 4 pm and was greeted at the door. They talked with me about options and within 30 minutes I had purchased the trailer I came for. They did a great job setting me up for the ride home and giving me all my documentation. They also did a last minute quality inspection and did replace a damaged dust hub. The trailer pulled well on my way home. Would definitely do business again.

They manufactured our trailer on their property site. It’s like they made it custom for what we wanted. They have thought of every detail for a good quality trailer, from diamond plate fenders to the wiring run through conduit and everything in-between makes it a quality trailer for us.

When we arrived to pick-up our trailer everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The paper work was timeless. They helped us hook-up our trailer. They went through every detail to make sure that everything worked perfectly before we left.

This is one of the best buying experiences we have ever had!

I did some research regarding prices and the different amenities with trailers and I ended up at Workhorse. I went in with something in mind, and after talking to the owner and describing what UTV it will be used for, and then allowing for future upgraded machines, I settled on a fantastic, high quality trailer. All the things I wanted, no pressure sales, honest conversations regarding product abilities and a very fast process. I was probably there about a half hour, and then on my way. I couldn’t be happier. Great owners and I’m always happy to purchase from local, family businesses.

Edit to original review. They replied to my review. If that is the way it designed, great. But the problem is that this bend is only in the last 2 feet of the trailer. The rest of the trailer is straight as lazer. And I did purchase a trailer from you guys......did you lose the paper work? March 2022.

Very beautiful trailer. I bought it 2 years ago.

It is not as heavy duty as it should be though. I have the 7 x 14 single axle. I have only ever hauled an 1800 lb side by side on it. The trailer is slightly bent. Instead of it being flat it kind of is like a rainbow now. It has been that way since about 2 months after I bought it. I like the trailer, but I do think they should build it heavier duty. This is not something the warranty would cover

Had a great experience buying a utility trailer. They guided me to the model that would carry my side-by-side safely. The price was really competitive. The purchase took about 15 minutes, including all the paperwork to register the trailer. I recommend taking a check or debit card as they do add a credit card surcharge, which may be worth it if you really want your miles.
They provided a quick guide to maintaining the trailer, which was really helpful since it had been a few years since I’ve owned a trailer.

The quality is exceptional, especially for the price. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In and out in well under 30 minutes. We drove 5 hours round-trip to pick up this trailer and would do it again in a heartbeat. Two tandem pulls great with our VW Atlas.
