Omg! Ashley's Flowers saved the day for my MIL. We sadly lost her husband last month and this was the first Valentines day without him. I totally forgot that Valentines day would be a sad day for her but called this morning and Ashley said she would make it happen!! She did! She was so sweet and made sure that she made a beautiful arrangement for her with all of her favorite colors. It was delivered a few hours after I ordered and my MIL was overcome with emotions. It is absolutely perfect. Thank you for putting a BIG smile on her face. I know, my FIL would be overjoyed at the fact you made his bride so happy in his absense. Thank you so much!! Will be calling you guys for all our flower needs.

To start the flower arrangements were quite stunning,
After flower arrangements were put together and organized. I gave the young lady. brief detail of the matter, for witch The arrangements were for. ( next time I’ll just pay an mind my own business instead of expecting the situation,) better yet go elsewhere…

Had they done that before I paid, they would have just been out because it was very disrespectful the manner of which they handled that situation.

Said didn’t want to be involved, but proceeded to call location to inform them, so clearly wanted to be involved because they made phone calls said location ,and didn’t want to carry the flowers in (proceeded to set them on the curb of the location, (I had to hand carry them in while they watched) not till the last flew did they offer to help, And proceeded to speak with staff about matter and details, pretty disappointing, as a flower shop, You’re meant to bring joy and surprise.happiness,
Very strange if you didn’t want to be involved, you should’ve just delivered the flowers and went about your business. I Asked for additional pictures which I never received.
Very sad because they came very well recommended.

Ashley delivered amazing customer service when I used her business for the first time this past January when I called her with a special request for a balloon release and flower order I placed for the one year anniversary of my best friend's passing. Ever since every time I have gone in or called I have never had a bad experience or gotten less than stellar customer service. Our family LOVES Ashley’s Flowers! Small town business, with BIG city quality. They were so amazing to work with for our December wedding a few years back. Her store is nice and neat and she always has great suggestions even when I walk in not knowing what I want. She is patient and makes sure I have the perfect gift before leaving.
