You move back to Peoria. You sent a request for a tour. A week and a half go by, no one gets back to you. You call the office they don't seem to care, or try to get you in for one. Got real bad attitudes in there voice. It sounded like they were saying why are you calling us? Just seemed like they just didn't care. A few other people I know in the area told me when they were trying to rent here the people were unprofessional! Also the communication when they do get ahold of you is grade A TERRIBLE! Just overall a real lack of urgency. I don't understand maybe the word professional should be taking out there name..

I felt like I was getting the runaround when trying to inquire about leasing. Rates/sq provided by agent didn’t match what was listed online and it felt like I was being upsold. Agents didn’t respond in a timely fashion.
