This place is so cute! It’s like a little piece of Chicago in Arizona. The service was excellent and the gentleman working was so nice to talk to. The food was exceptional! I felt like I was downtown Chicago eating a Chicago dog and pizza puff. We ordered Chicago dogs, pizza puffs, cheese fries and the chili cheese fries. We will definitely be back!

Stopped in this evening to have a hotdog. Not realizing they were closing since the open sign was still lit. The person working the counter greeted us, and rather than telling us they were about close he proceeded to make extremely rude sarcastic comments. He could’ve easily said that they were closing rather than saying that businesses usually post their hours outside on the window. It’s too bad, the food is good, but not good enough to have to deal with a jerk like that. Safe to say, we will never be back and I’ll be sure to tell anyone willing to listen about my experience.

Great little snack store Windy City Hotdogs. Awesome shaved ice, not so much shaved as it is a snow cone but tastes really good. Few different choices of flavors. We've had the Nacho Supreme, Chili cheese fries, hotdogs & just about every flavor of shaved ice. All pretty dang good. Inside a great big park with a huge playground, baseball field, skate park & a waking trail that goes around the whole park. Ramadas & charcoal grills.

Way over priced! Food OK. If you are from Chicago and really craving a Vienna beef hot dog, polish or Italian sausage it will stop the cravings. But, the Italian sausage is baked and the Polish is made "in the pot" or boiled. They don't have fries. There is the no inside seating. The location is not easy to find and the person working wasn't very friendly and barely spoke despite the fact that the place was completely empty and she was sitting watching TV when we walked in.

I bought 4 beefs.
Me my wife and brother are all from an Italian neighborhood in Chicago. And we know a good beef sandwich. We all 3 agreed it was like buying a beef from one of our favorite beef joints back home.

I wish I could give a 10 star review. Sent my wife to get the dorito bowl and a Chicago dog. My phone autocorrected dorito to dormitory bowl. The owners response was hilarious. Great sense of humor and overall great price and portions. The food was 100 out of 10. I will for sure be coming back more often. I never knew about Windy City Dogs due to it's location. Thank you for making my day better with laughs and good food. 💪

This was our first visit. Nice little spot very close to the park. The chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries hit the spot.
