I usually do not leave reviews, but I have had nothing but issues with this facility. I have Amazon Prime, which “guarantees” 2-day delivery and in certain cases, “same-day delivery” if I order within a certain time frame. Every time I track my order, it shows that it is just circling around the carrier facility in North Pekin…and then the package is marked as “lost.” I have to keep cancelling orders and creating new ones just for the same process to repeat. I am very understanding and empathetic, but this is getting out of hand. At this point, why even have an Amazon Prime subscription?

They delivered a empty package! There was clearly nothing in the package and a big rip in it. They could see themselves nothing was in it. It may have fallen out in the vehicle or stolen. On the picture you can see the rip. When he is delivering the package can tell it is empty. This was supposed to have welding rods in it. Called customer service and was told it could take 4 to 5 days to get it replaced. I had a project that I had to get done this weekend! I asked to contact driver to see if it fell out in the truck. They said they can't do that. That is a bunch of crap! They should be able to contact them. My Fed Ex guy has told me when my boxes are damaged and tells me to check it. Amazon delivers empty packages. Customer service is crap!

Drivers are not being honest. It was stated that my item was attempted delivery at 8:52 p.m. and It was not ( per 3 surveillance cameras). I escalated a complaint against the driver. They are hiring anyone to deliver these items at their own accord and timing... Don't think I'll use Amazon anymore.

You got some thief working for you. Package contents stolen. Within 20 min of me finding the delivery. Picture of package placement was different than when i found the package. Someone used a box cutter. Informed the local pawn shops. If it was a normal porch pirate they would have taken the box. Literally 10-20 min timespan. Put up hidden cameras. Lets see if it happens again.

Seems I have the same issue as others. My package has been sitting in the North Pekin warehouse since yesterday morning and was supposed to be delivered yesterday .
The package is still not out for delivery and it's something I needed yesterday. I contacted customer service too and was told if not delivered by tomorrow the next day after that I can come back for a refund.
I don't live that far from the warehouse and if the drivers are delivering daily why am I still waiting.

Truck drivers, stay away from this guy. He’s very rude and unprofessional very aggressive. Act like this site as his, I don’t know why your boss put you in the front line. probably won’t came here again because of him. This is unbelievable.

They came to deliver a package, i have a long driveway with a big drop on either side, they drove off the driveway into the dropoff, got stuck, DID NOT KNOCK ON MY DOOR TO INFORM ME, then proceeded to damage my property by trying to pull out their delivery truck with a two wheel drive ford f 250 which just put huge ruts and holes in my gravel which is on a hill causing 2000 dollars worth of damages until i told them to stop and call a tow truck, apparently, Olivia thinks that it shouldn't be that much money to fix a driveway even tho it costs 750 dollars per day for the proper equipment plus labor and material(2 tons of gravel and 2 tons of dirt) that has to be regraded and compacted. 2,000.00 is actually very cheap to fix this nature of damage. I have informed them they are not allowed on my property for any reason and they have continued to come up my driveway because their unprofessional drivers can't read addresses that are CLEARLY displayed on my mailbox on the road. I was told by Gavin and Olivia that they would take care of it, but they didn't. Instead they told me that my claim was closed... when i asked for contact info to someone that can help me with this situation, she told me, "sir this is a dispatch phone" so i asked again for a number, she told me she wouldn't give me a number. Very unprofessional and rude. I now have my packages dropped at a box in town. I would suggest the same if you live in a place that has a, in Olivia's words, 'scary driveway'. Lmaaao

No stars more like it lost two different packages twice. So now I have Christmas late or non existent. I hate Amazon shipping. I do not order if it goes through Amazon but this happened to be Christmas and they lost packages last year same place. Unexptable considering how much money is spent. Never have this problem with other k line services.
