This is our 2nd time to use Wiggs and both experiences have been good. Both times the service has been professional and fair . In fact this time after checking everything out , he said the unit was working efficiently and did not need any intervention. Also took the time to show us how to keep the drain tube clean and set the smart thermostat for better efficiency. I would recommend them Wiggs and will call them in the future.

We were having problems with our heater just as the coldest week of January started and Wiggs Heating & Air Conditioning sent out a great guy fast to check everything out! He found the problem and we had the heat back on so quickly and he made sure everything was in working order before he left. Mike and his team did the installation in our new home 4 years ago and did a great job. The unit is super efficient, reliable and keeps us cool in this Texas heat. Good company. I am a new customer, and would recommend Wiggs Heating and Air.
