Quick in /out. I came in for a pick up at 11am even though my appointment was scheduled at 2pm. They released me 11:45am... Pleasant staff

Do not believe any positive review of this place. The only thing good about this place is the bathroom was well stocked with paper towel and TP. There was at least five empty docks when I arrived, I still waited 2 hours for a door and not one trailer was backed into a door during that time. Waited over 4 more hours after backing into the dock before I left, and trailer was never touched. Avoid this place, but if you don't you will wait for hours, no matter if you are early, late, or on time. Stay away, they have no respect for drivers or trucking companies.

The guys who are loading trucks are lazy pigs, it takes forever to load you, and they don’t value your time, I told them I have the same day appt, and now I will miss my appt because of them, they just don’t care. They take the breaks every single hour and don’t work

Each load requires picking, labeling, and then loading onto the trailer. The amount of work involved varies, so some loads might be quicker than others. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to provide you with efficient service.

Horrible place. If you booked a load here i advise you cancel it. Don’t listen to the 5 star reviews they’re from the workers here. Over 5 hours sitting on a dock and they haven’t started loading.
