Great hardware store that's well-stocked, clean and brimming with helpful staff. They were the only ACE for miles that carried the potting soil I needed and in large quantities. The guys that helped load it all - Mr. Red-beard and slender silver buzz cut dude were AMAZING! They also have a really cool paint bucket dragon guarding the entrance!

I just had the greatest experience at Ace on Ygnacio. My home store was out of the mulch I needed but the Ygnacio store had plenty. I worked with Doug, the manager, and was extremely pleased with the level of customer service! Doug and his team went out of their way to not only meet my needs but exceed them! I have about home projects. Nikko is wonderful he has helped me multiple times with paint and other projects. I highly recommend the store.

Great store location and excellent selection for all your home-improvement needs. Excellent customer service which goes above and beyond to satisfy customer.
Besides outstanding knowledge of location and availability of the products, proper advice, got helped with making the steel plate hanger to fit the needs which at the end saved over $70 on the OEM wall mount.

This Ace Hardware store have a very knowledgeable staff that will help you figure out how to make your home repair. I helped my sister fix her fence and was happy to find out that this Ace store sells wood at the back of the store AND can cut it to your desired length. They gave us some advice on the screws to use and the paint we needed. Here is a photo of one of the places we fixed. The cat was not amused.

I took two steps inside the door to have a Propane tanked refilled. I was scolded and told that I need to wait by the curb. No friendly greeting or explanation. I waited outside and was told someone would come take the tank. I informed the person I was going to have the tank refilled. I was told they do not refill propane tanks even though it states on the website they refill propane tanks. If you're no longer refilling tanks please update your website. I was told I could go to the gas station across the way. I happily took my business elsewhere as suggested by the employee.

Popped in this Ace Hardware to grab a few things while visiting Walnut Creek for my nephews sporting event at Copa Soccer Complex. Store was very Nice, clean, and staff was Great. Definitely recommend this Ace. Same exceptional service like the ones back home in Grover Beach and Arroyo Grande.
