The worst customer service I have Ever experienced. The managers are extremely unprofessional and no knowledge on how to treat customers. The two managers accused me of stealing which is almost a joke but wasn’t funny whatsoever. This incident has many details, but the bottom line is they had no reason to accuse me in the first place. I have been a loyal customer at Ulta for years but this humiliating, unfair accusation has brought my shopping there to end. BTW the store is in Fort Myers, Florida.

Placed an order today in the app, used two gift cards on my order plus a coupon code. Small amount charged to my credit card and I immediately got the notification my credit card was charged. App glitched, apparently order never went through and items remained in my cart. I tried again but now it tells me my gift card balances are $0 so yall literally took all my money and there was no order placed. Chatted with a useless customer service rep who just kept saying “there’s no order so funds will be returned” without actually doing anything to resolve the issue. Never got any email confirmations, gift cards still at $0. Never ever purchasing from Ulta again. Terrible scammy business practice.

Update:
After staying consistent and using all my resources, Ulta sent the missing item! I’m still not very pleased with my online shopping experience but I had to be fair with updating that they did fix the problem!

I ordered the Very Good Girl Glam Eau de Parfum online from Ulta Beauty, but I only received the free gift, not the perfume. I've called, and I was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a call back. My money was taken without issues, but now that I'm inquiring about my product, I have to wait for a response.

I made an order online and it automatically went to delivery when I had wanted store pickup. I tried to cancel it but the site wouldn’t allow me to do so. I reached out to chat support and the chat support gave an error notice. This is two minutes after they took the money off of my card. I kept trying but no success. I waited until morning to visit the store to redirect or cancel the order so I could get my items as I had originally wanted. They could not help me . I finally got a hold of guest services. They said they could not alter the order because it was more than an hour since it was placed. This place has no form of proper service or customer care for their customers. They need an intervention. New management or something needs to step in. How can they be so bad at providing order options for customers. It’s like once you’ve purchased they don’t want to give you your money back. They’re horrible.

I ordered from our local Ulta store for same day delivery. I got an email stating that it would be delivered within two hours. Time passed nothing from Ulta. I contacted customer service they said it’s not ready for delivery. So I called the local store the customer service was great at the store. She said it has been ready just waiting for pick up. I had asked the question of what do I do if the delivery driver doesn’t show up. She stated call customer service and ask about their delivery service and see if they can check the driver. I stated to the online customer service of what the store had said. The online customer service said just be patient and we cannot check the delivery drivers. They also told me that no my order wasn’t ready still which obviously was or is not true. It’s terrible service. They can check everything else but they cannot check the delivery services they contract. Does not make any sense I will not be ordering any type of delivery from Ulta.

I went to Ulta Beauty 12-1-24 and I was shopping for a lipstick. However once I walked out of the store three separate police in three separate cars approached me. They told me the sales associate said I was shoplifting. So, they told me not to go anywhere until they ran my driver's license. They let me go on a false accusement but I was basically racial profiled. The messages the company gave to me is "All black women shoplift". I called corporate the very next day to complain and there has been no accountability from this company. The store manager blamed the police officer and that was the last time I heard from them. It's been over a week. Please tread lightly while shopping at Ulta especially if your an ethnic race.

I purchased several things from Ulta. One of the eyeshadows came in broken I tried to exchange it at my local store. The eyeshadow rang up for $2.25 - I paid $9.00 then when they processed the exchange tried to charge me more than I originally paid!! I asked them to exchange it not refund and recharge me. So I said whatever I'm not paying more for a product that the store is selling for a fraction of the price and charging me more than the original transaction and asked to be refunded to my original payment method and it was stressed that I couldn't receive a refund I'll have to take the gift card. On top of that I never received my free gift as promised. Ulta is nothing but a scam

My children bought me a Dyson blow dryer for $499 but I wanted the Dyson air wrap so I went to exchange it at the Newington NH location. I did not have the receipt so only got a credit for $100.24 ( for a $500 product). This was last night at 5:57 pm. My daughter has the receipt in NY I found out this morning, so I went back today to return the air wrap, which I paid $500 cash for, get my dryer and money back to return it in NY. I even offered
To keep air wrap and buy the dryer back for the amount I got
credited for. They told Me They can’t do that and to call customer service. I called customer service and spoke to Shamara, which was also useless and they said I should be able to return the air wrap and get my $500 and blow dryer back.
Called the store and they said no.
The manager Abigail was neither
accommodating or friendly. BAD customer service and she has no customer service experience apparently because she doesn’t even smile. I will NEVER shop at Ulta again which is Ulta’s loss considering I am at the highest level and have spent thousands at your stores. I also have no clue why points were redeemed on the receipt. I am beyond infuriated and disappointed. I hope you’re happy and it was worth losing
a customer over. I’ll also be blasting this all over social media. Happy New Year
