Great people. Second unit I’ve rented from them and so far we are very happy. Both Jody and Jim have always been good to

We got a call from Ashley water and sewer that we were going through 30 gallons every hour consistently. Made a call and Jim Shafor came speedy quick to diagnose that it was our hot water heater bladder and t&p valve. After a thorough check it was ascertained that re-pressurizing also finished cracking the hot water heater itself. Jim installed a new water heater and was the absolute sweetest man to our curious seven year old daughter who wanted to help. He was patient and showed us what the problem was and explained everything he was doing. Our fuse that runs power to our thermostat quit the next day (Sunday) the day this poor guy was supposed to have family time. He showed up in a matter of hours and fixed our ac. Jim and Jody go above and beyond for their clients, I really can't say enough nice things about them!!

Garage door broke on Saturday, by Monday Travis had this knocked out in two hours. He explained everything that went wrong with the old garage door opener and answered any question I have about the new one, took care of the new door clickers and everything for me. Addressed any other questions or concerns I could be having with the rental outside of this and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left. UBPM you guys are awesome!

5 stars for UBPM! They took over our apartments August 1st and have busted their butts to try to fix everything the previous management didn’t. I hate to see them get blamed for stuff that wasn’t even under them. Yes a lot needs to be done, and they are trying to get to everyone’s needs. Overall best property management I’ve ever had to deal with, wonderful and kind people.

I have rented with Uintah Basin Property Management for almost three years now. They have respectfully interacted with me to fix everyday issues with my rental (ac, microwave, garage door). The online portal makes my life easier to pay my rent, look over my lease agreement, and place orders for maintenance. They understand that people rent homes in transition and for the long haul, emphasizing the ability of a renter taking care of the home as if it was their own. This agency would be the only consideration for managing your property or to become your landlord. They do a beautiful job with communication and ensuring I’m well taken care of. Hands down, the property management of my choice now and in the future.

Jim and Jody with uintah basin property management are wonderful. We rented from them for two years. If we had any issues they called me back immediately and took care of any maintenance that we needed. They were able to help us get into a place with short notice from us and worked with us after hours to make sure we found an affordable place to rent.. would definitely recommend renting from them.

UBPM is a wonderful and professional property management company. We rented with them for 3 years and if we ever find ourselves back in Vernal, they'll be the first place we stop. The townhome we rented was very comfortable and in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. If we had any maintenance issues, Jim was very quick to address them. Jody was also quick to respond to questions and the office was great at letting us know when maintenance would be coming for routine maintenance. If you are a good renter, I can't imagine you having any problems with UBPM. We both miss our townhome rental in Vernal!
