We had the opportunity to purchase a spec home at Trotters Pointe. We are very happy with the construction and the layout of the home.
Cameron Williamson was our building supervisor and was very knowledgeable and good to work with.

Arbor homes was not honest and upfront with us about the HOA that apparently existed.,before going into contract with them,We found out after we closed on our home. We would never have built with them had we known about the HOA upfront. Very disappointing!!
