If I could give zero stars I would. I have requested they stop calling & emailing our company for over 2 years without change. They are a nuisance to me & my staff! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Any company that uses harassment style tactics to gain business is pathetic.

I have been hauling for TQL off and on for 20 years. Some brokers are better than others. The one I am currently hauling for is a stand up guy yet the one prior to him was a lier and rude. They pay on time and upper management has always addressed any issues in a timely manner. I like working with the team I'm with now.

Tried to book a load out of Missouri, asked broker how much the rate was asked if they could do better, broker said how was I looking for and I told him, with no response the broker just hung up. I returned the call to the broker, asking him why he hung up me his response was that I was set on the rate that I wanted. There was no compromise from him, no negotiation of any kind over the rate. He also stated that he couldn’t depend on my company where he doesn’t even know my company very frustrated with this individual will not try to book a load again. Very unprofessional broker, again I will not ever book a load with them.

We always give 110% for this company but not anymore. Very mix signals from this company, Have been doing business with them for 3 years. Out of nowhere they put notes in their system that " I'm Rude or I'm childish" It's very odd that this has been happening for no reason and no one knows who puts these notes in their own system, so no one knows how to fix the issue or how to call and figure out. It's one way with this company. So I will stop using them in our up coming produce season from Arizona, Florida, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Texas.

We usually have no problem running TQL loads but if there are any delays at a shipper or receiver, the response to a detention request is never timely and rarely approved.

TQL is good to work with on the loads that you book. But the calls for random loads have to stop. When I have a truck posted for Kansas City to St. Louis I don't want your hazmat load going from Omaha Nebraska to Houston Texas. We are getting bombarded with calls every day!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have requested they stop calling me several times. I have asked for my number to be removed and they keep calling. Just received two calls from them within three minutes.

Complete trash of a company. Pay millions to name a stadium after themselves, brag about how they donate to charities then on the other side, they cut your carriers pay for any reason possible. So you're robbing your carriers to put on a show on how you are so altruistic. I will do everything I can to never service them again.
