My package has been in town since early Thursday morning (the same day it was shoot be delivered). It wasn’t delivered until today (Saturday). No updates at all yesterday until they sent me an “out for delivery” update THE SAME TIME that my item was actually delivered. I missed work today because I was noticing they weren’t transparent about delivery status and I had a feeling they do something like that. The delivery guy was staring at my driveway camera with every step he made back towards his truck with the dolly, like he knew he was doing something wrong. I lost at least $80 when I missed work today so that I could be home to bring my package inside.

Horrible company! I was a driver there and they don’t want to pay me!! They also don’t care of about their customers, they have us drop off products on the curve and send only one person to deliver 500 plus pounds, overall never again working for TFORCE or don’t do business with them, I’m still waiting for my pay and i have children I need to feed

If I could rate them as zero stars, I would. This company has provided, by far, the worst dispatch experience that I have ever had to endure. My pick up was five days late without any explanation or want to correct the issue. Customer service reps lie about when you can expect pick ups. Do not trust them. I have worked in distribution for over a decade and these folks are the #1 example on how NOT to run your business. If you value your relationship with your customers and on-time delivery, anywhere is better than here.

My package has been out for delivery for several days and I finally got an update today but it states the driver is unable to access my building. I have never needed to provide my gate code before, as it’s usually left in the front office or my mail box. I am assuming this company doesn’t have access to that. I was then told the driver cannot attempt again for another day or two. I am just frustrated and wish I would have known a gate code was needed so I could have avoided this waiting period.

Avoid any business that utilizes this freight company. Our shipment was 5 days late. The delivery date was continuously changed. I called for an update and was told our shipment was lost. They opened a case# and it was finally found it several days later. I was told I needed to be home during the delivery window assigned by TForce. The time window was 10am-2pm. They finally showed up at 6:45pm that evening.

If I could leave zero stars I would, this company is awful Brian Hildebrand came to our office TWICE trying to get our business so we gave him a shot. FIRST package we sent with them got lost and even worse they now are dragging thier feet to give me a reimbursement! There is no manager, all of corporate is out in China so of course we can't get an answer. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!

There should be no star for this company. They provided the worst delivery service to me. They delivered a broken patio door to my house and told me that I had to call and wait for an exchange. All I was asking is that they take the door back. They were too lazy to take the door back and just lied to me saying they didn’t have space, which I looked at the back of their truck and it was empty. They also took a picture of me, my child and my house and said now they know which house not to go to again. This action violated my privacy and my sense of safety! Also, when I told them I would file a complaint, they said they don’t care. Clearly they are not afraid of being fired because there is probably no quality control in this firm at all!
