Horrible experience. Drivers don’t know how to read so I honestly don’t know how they can drive and get to where they were going.

Business don’t open until 10am. Banging on door like a crazy person at 9:15am. Opened the door to explain that we are closed, I was in a meeting and we don’t accept packages for residents. Shut the door. I kid you not, he knocked on the door extremely loud again. I opened it back up and advised him we haven’t ordered anything that speedee delivery services would deliver so he needed to read the sign and read the address on the package. He banged hard Enough to get the upstairs residents to come down and ask if things were okay. I called the supervisor, nothing was done to assist with he situation cause the crazy driver and the black car that followed him was still on my property 45 minutes later.

Would never recommend this place to deliver anything. Hopefully they go belly up as it is a disgrace who they hire and their reactions when people call and complain.

Train your drivers to follow the rules of the road and not be jerks. No reason for tailgating anybody. Bad, rude, and obnoxious drivers reflects poorly on your company. Your company runs the risk of lawsuits if your idiot drivers do stupid things like cause an accident and someone gets hurt or killed.

We have had a couple different drivers deliver to our shop regularly with one of them being our main person on our route. They are always very nice to us and we really appreciate the quick delivery that Speedee provides! We had a problem arise with one of our shipments that was supposed to be next day delivery but when I called and inquired about it, it turned out that the shipper had failed to ship it in time to Speedee. The lady I talked to on the phone about it was very professional and I really appreciate the help that she provided in tracking the package!!

This location was amazingly friendly and helpful. I called twice after hours and a guy in the warehouse answered the phone and was so courteous. When I called during regular hours, Olivia helped me track down a package and get it delivered and she even went to the extent of calling me back once it was delivered to let me know it had been. It was so very much appreciated.

Only one experience with this service, low quality work. Randomly (was not expecting a package) got a note saying they missed us and theyd return the next day. Waited all day at home. They did not. Showed up again another day and did not attempt to notify of arrival so obviously the package was missed once more. Not sure how this company expects to deliver things “speedee” when they dont even meet their own given deadlines or even attempt to notify customers of arrival with need to sign. Fascinating that anyone uses this service. At least you could have decent customer service, but the reps were unhelpful, and frankly rude. Reps could not even identify sender or any other pertinent information. Our only given option was a several hour drive to a satellite location to pick up our mystery package. No thanks! Id rather you do your jobs instead of having to do it for you. Not sure what your business plan is here, but good luck!

I ordered some bottles from sailor plastics online. I needed them for my honey business I have out side of my house called Effingbees Apiary. Speedee delivery was there choice of delivery. I received them in just under a weeks time and a day sooner then Initially thought. The bottle were in a good box and wrapped in a big plastic bag. We have almost used all of the 240 bottles. I will be ordering from here again. The package was left on our front porch. I would highly recommend this service.

Amazing Service! Very Good pricing! Basically HALF the price of the UPS/Fed Ex.

Drivers are very professional and clean cut, and never complain if they have to wait a minute or the item is not boxed. If you want to save some money, it is worth the trouble to call SPEEDEE!

I had a package delivered the other day and it was raining. The driver very kindly put the box in not 1 but TWO plastic bags. Each one on the opposite as the other so no water would get inside. UPS never does that and I have had items ruined due to that. So thank you VERY much to whoever this driver was 🙂
