Trashhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Rearranged my work schedule and kids pick up just for them to tell me at the very last minute at the very end of the day they could not deliver because my pallet was in the truck sideways and they couldn’t unload it. Then they told the company that I bought it from. They didn’t deliver it because it was the end of the day and they ran out of time. What trash they are. When you’re doing freight, the most important thing is to know how to stack pallets correctly !!! Trash trash trash company!!!!! garbage!!!!! Not to mention, I was in touch with them throughout the day to make sure that my product was getting delivered and I was there to get it. Again garbage company

Trash freight company. When you charge me for retrial delivery you are suppose to call. You literally showed up and put my pallet in the driveway with a no call no show where anyone could walk up and just start taking it. Absolutely trash

From their call center reps, who must have been trained in the art of rudeness, to their drivers, who interpret “following instructions” as a mere suggestion, this company is a masterclass in chaos.

Need your shipment delivered on time? Good luck! Want polite service? Not here! Expecting them to follow basic directions? Hilarious.

If Southern Motor Transport were any worse, they’d be actively stealing your packages instead. Avoid at all costs—unless, of course, you enjoy stress, confusion, and listening to customer service reps sigh in frustration at the audacity of you expecting them to do their job. If there was a rating less than 1 star, that's what they would get.

I’ve been at the dock 39 for more than 7 hours, no one seems to be here working by these docks.
I just asked a guy when I’m gonna be unloaded. He told me if you would have checked before 2 am night shift would unload you. I told him I checked in at 12:30 Am He left without saying anything.
I’m still at the dock, waiting for them to come to me. No one seems like coming to unload me.

The gate guard Joe is very unprofessional he treated us like children the way he was talking to us, it was not our fault someone on the other side canceled and rescheduled load 3 times and changed drop location and this happened but he keeps telling us it's not open in a manner like he's talking down to us scolding us he really pissed both of us off cause we don't take this kind of disrespect and noone should if your getting paid for a job you should not be disrespecting the people that come to do business with your facility.

Update picked up empty trailer different gatekeeper extra nice, we told him about the other guy he knew about him and apologized, changed my view of the company, put this guy Joe somewhere else he has no business in dealing with customers.

This company hires the most unprofessional and aggressive employees I have dealt with. An employee by the name of Ken Perez delivered my bathroom vanity today at 2pm. He arrived upset and with little manners. When I asked him to just leave the box in the entrance of my home he proceeded to tell me he’s a freight company not an appliance company and started raising his voice. I was trying to figure out how I could move the car out of the way but before I could even answer him he was threatening me with leaving it in the middle of my driveway Very unprofessional , rude and bad character. Would never use this company again. I spoke to a manager named Felipe and he told me he would “ have a talk with him “

Worst shipping company ever. STAY AWAY. They called me on 10/14/2024 to confirm my delivery appointment for 8am to 5pm for 10/15/2024 just for them to tell me on the delivery date that my “package needs to be moved to a smaller truck” so it will have to be rescheduled. How do they not know what truck it needs to be on, before having people take off work so their sorry behinds can end up NOT DELIVERING YOUR STUFF!
