Great interaction with this business! They listened to my wants and needs and was able to get everything right the first time. We thoroughly enjoy our building. Oh my goodness, there's not words to express the details, support and information I received before, during and while I was having my install done. I just recently moved to Kountze Tx, and although a little distance from Winnie TX and Southern Grace Buildings, it didn't stop these hard working young ladies, from doing their job, to make sure I got everything I needed and wanted! From sending me info., via email, to meeting me early, at the office, driving to look at buildings so I could decide on colors! They went above and beyond, plus just 2 of the sweetest ladies! I felt like they were family, making sure, I was taken care of! Kayla and Heather stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on the order and tentative delivery time. Once the crew came out, they were again, on the phone, making sure I was happy with everything, and explaining a couple of things that I had actually forgotten about, which was to my advantage!! Considering the extreme heat, that the crew had to work in, the install went well and quickly! The most professional, hard working men tending to every detail, and making sure everything was placed like I wanted ( windows, etc) ! I'm so very happy and proud of my carport/shed combo, and thrilled with the price! I hit the jackpot when I pulled into Southern Grace Buildings in Winnie TX, the first day I saw the buildings/etc.! I had actually been looking for a while, for something to have installed at my new place in Kountze Tx...... little did I know, I would walk away with a great deal, amazing customer service, a beautiful addition to my property and a lasting friendship in these two beautiful ladies! We have purchased 2 metal barns from Southern Grace Buildings. Kayla has been amazing in the design process. She spent lots of hours designing and re-designing after we changed our plans and even met with us after hours. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back for another building in the near future.

Southern Grace Buildings of Winnie is the ONLY place to go if you need a portable building or a carport. Southern Grace Buildings of Winnie took the specs that I needed, I was able to have them customize my building to fit my needs. They made the process so smooth. It was the easiest business experience I have ever had. I plan on going back to this amazing company in the future for a carport they will customize to my specs as well. From, Kayla and Heather that greet you , and are very knowledgeable with their products, consistently keeping you up to date on the process, to the delivery scheduler, Cindy, to the deliverer, Dustin, and his assistant, I must say, the whole team is just OUTSTANDING!!!!

If you are looking for a well built storage building that is made to order like I was. Go to GRACELAND in Winnie,Tx. Kayla & Heather will help you find what you want. Honest and genuinely cared. The girls took so much time helping me figure out what would work for me. Never pushed anything that I didn't want. It was always with a smile. You don't find that every day. Go by and talk to Kayla and Heather they really are the best.

Kayle went above and beyond to see that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. And even did a follow up not once but twice. They are the best, told her what I needed and she got it and had it delivered ahead of time for me. I also bought another one and she took care of that fast. There very sweet and work with you. I would tell everyone if there looking for something to contact them and they will get you set up fast. You want regret it.
