They’ve been shipping our items for a few years now. They’d never done children’s clothing at first so it was tricky to navigate all the SKUs. But they stuck with us and we worked as a team to figure out all the obstacles! Now we barely have to communicate since their team handles everything so wonderfully! Their shipping and receiving teams are very fast and so easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Ship Central has been the worst warehouse I have worked with. They lost my inventory twice, shipped the wrong products multiple times, shipped cartons as individual cartons instead of on pallets as requested, accepted inventory that wasn't addressed to them, took days to answer email, slow to resolve issues, and were dishonest about charges. I spent so much time and money trying to correct their errors. If you are looking for a quality warehouse, look elsewhere.
