If I could review with no stars i would.
First of all the flowers were gorgeous and it’s disappointing having to leave a negative review.
This florist is very unprofessional, employees are very rude, and do not care about the satisfaction of their customers. They deliver for other companies and don’t know the regulations that come with it. The flowers weren’t the same as the picture that was purchased, When asked to resolve they took it upon themselves to send an employee to my door and lied saying that they were going to do an exchange and never come back with anything. They cancelled the purchase without speaking to the buying customer at all with such carelessness. It could have been very simple and an easy fix, but unfortunately situations happen. Do not trust the scam, Would not recommend!

I had these delivered to my Mom for her birthday and she loved them! We order from here every year for the past few years and they've always been perfect. I highly suggest using this florist if you have the chance!

So upset with the lack of customer service!

We had 2 different experiences but the last one is what left a bad taste and is why we won’t be coming back

We came in days prior to mother’s day and were told our arrangements would be made that day or a day prior to mother’s day. We picked out a classic dozen long stem red roses with baby’s breath. The girl was pretty friendly but after a few questions and my niece a little uncertain her friendly demeanor changes. We paid and left with promises of a beautiful bouquet.

When picking them up we were given a completely different arrangement. This new arrangement looked like a full on cheap rose bush full of twigs and sticks that just made this elegant arrangement look like a cheap store bought bouquet.

I went to let the florist know this wasn’t what we paid for and she rudely said things like what do you want me to do?

I guess the freezer killed the baby’s breath which is fine but I should have been told prior to arriving that my arrangement was going to need to be altered and maybe a discount or added flowers?!

Unfortunately all I got was rude comment after rude comment.

This lady stood within ears distance and said “ look at this 2 people are doing one arrangement “. “ do you want dead flowers?” “We need to hurry because we are closing soon” “ take them or I will give you back your money “ “ that’s all I can do “

The owner came after to try to help but by this time I was over this place. We took our arrangement and left.

This place really left us in a hard spot because tomorrow is mother’s day and there is NOWHERE we can go to get an arrangement this short notice. We were stuck with a very lack luster arrangement.

Also I must note.... they have a cat there and he will rub on you. My niece is allergic and this cat kept rubbing on her.

So here is my take away. This place feels to me like they will say anything and promise anything to take ur money and then do as they feel. Like I said unfortunately we won’t be back.

I ordered for same-day delivery requesting that they be delivered by a specific time. They were able to do that for me and the bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. The recipient loved them. Service, delivery and presentation were fabulous. I'll definitely order from the San Jacinto Florist again.

I had a horrible experience with edible arrangements. I needed an arrangement quick for boyfriend's moms birthday. Cheri was wonderful in helping me pick a gorgeous arrangement. I told her how quick I needed it and she had it delivered very fast. Sheri was also wonderful. They called me when they were about to deliver it to double check everything. Such a professional and wonderful experience. I truly wish I had contacted them first before going anywhere else. I will always use them to send her flowers. Thank you for saving the day for me!

I bought flowers in person for my girlfriend and was amazed by how amazing they were. Great customer service and beautiful flowers. This flower shop usually answers the phone every time I call, I also prefer going in person.

Great work every time! This is my "go-to" flower shop for any special occasion or event. San Jacinto florist designed the centerpieces for my son's wedding and bridesmaids' bouquets and we could not be happier!! I highly recommend her work and her designs... Love this florist!
