App was for 19:00 I checked in at 18:30 and got my papers at 2:40. Stories are correct. Check in process was also very slow. And on top of everything they make you slide you tandems to the rear before you go in and once you’re on a door you need to disconnect and pull forward there are trailers across so if you have to park between 2 trucks you have to slide your tandems again so you can go in the spot it /it gets real tight/ and then slide them for a third time… You can tell their management needs to be changed. Only good thing is they have a decent restroom for the drivers with vending machines.

Avoid this place! Already 4 hours and 7 minutes in dock and counting. Guy at may left almost 6 hours still not loaded at right side the same. I'm already late for delivery, broker rescheduled delivery appt 24 hours and of course nobody wants pay for lost time. America great again....

Worst place to go for trucking business. I've got there 30 minutes after my appointment time that was @1.30 pm and I left by 8.00 pm. Just to get loaded. Definitely first and last time to go there.
Afterward @ the delivery in Omaha, NE I've been late as a consequence of the shippers delay. I just get out from the Receiving Office with a relatively 3 to 4 hours of waiting (for being late) to get a dock. Then the "normal" time to get unloaded, between another 1 to 3 hours.
38 hours for a junk of work of 9 hours that's taking from getting loaded @ the shipper, run the load and get unloaded @ destination.

I wish this company will bankrupt ASAP.

They don't deserve to be in business!

This place is terrible. They take down your number and then don't even call when your load is ready to pick up.

Absolutely one of the worst shippers I've ever dealt with, 9:30 a.m. appt. Showed up at 9 a.m. and am still here at 2:05 p.m. load isn't ready as they drop a pallet every 20-30 minutes, then silence. Any driver that has any choice other than drop and hook avoid this place at all costs!

Its private property. Show your license or leave without gettng paid. Show up on time for your appointment and then you'll get your detention pay. The security guards were the best thing about this place. They worked quickly and gave detailed instructions upon entering the yard. Mykola actually arrived here at 4:45 pm.. Which is when Our facility is between shift change. The appointment was for 6pm.. You were put to a door and then your load was complete at 8:40. Just to clarifiy

Easy check in. Arrived and received dock assignment right away. Been on the dock for over 4 hrs now waiting to get loaded. Most likely will not be back.

This place is horrible to pickup from. They are lucky google doesn’t allow 0 star, I would give them no star at all. My appointment is 5pm, checked in at the security at 4 pm, now it is 10 minutes to 0100. My appointment where I am delivering supposed to be 0800. I have only 4hrs left on my 14. If you are an owner operator, stay away from this place, it is not worth it.
