Ryder delivered my stools from Pottery Barn. I am super happy with the service. I'm including photos of how they left my stools, perfectly lined up! We had the worst weather today, Ronier and Humberto made sure everything was dried. They were also flexible and came back at a later time because we were held up on the freeway due to the weather. I have nothing but praises for this service today

The experience with Ryder was not good. Hardware for the bed did not get found and the bed was not able to be put together. When signing off the delivery the delivery man Doningo Vargas had several things wrong: I had to go over it several times to get him to change things. They were here 6 hours and I am very disappointed. I specifically requested Raul and Xavier as their delivery was amazing and they knew what they were doing. Now I am waiting to see if they find the hardware somewhere in the boxes loaded in the truck. With this much furniture my delivery should have been scheduled first thing in the morning not at 6 pm - midnight.

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH NORDICTRACK - IFIT AS RYDER LAST MILE IS THERE DESIGNATED DELIVERY COMPANY !!! I paid $1888 , of which $300 alone was for delivery and assembly with them , and they refused to do the delivery in the afternoon , and was also very rude everytime I spoke to them about the delivery arrangements.
They refused to let me speak to a supervisor also , and when I said I will be reporting this treatment directly to nordictrack over my $1888 exercise bike order , they said go right ahead , we don't care.
And when I went to cancel my order I also had to pay $111.00 , because of Ryder Last mile refusing to deliver in the afternoon, which Nordictrack - Ifit should be assessing to there delivery company - Ryder Last Mile and not the customer like me.
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANY COMPANY THAT USES RYDER LAST MILE FOR SHIPPING !!!
BOTTOM LINE ...UNLESS I AM FULLY REIMBURSED FOR THE $111.00 In shipping fees.

We have had several deliveries from Ryder. The install has always been spot-on. The communication before the delivery could be improved. I think for most custom, a 30 minute phone notice before delivery would avoid the need to be home all morning or afternoon waiting for the truck.

I'm amused that the drivers still put masks on and take photos AFTER the install.

We had an absolute wonderful experience with our Ryder delivery. I got a lot of communication ahead of time & was able to schedule a 2 hour delivery window that worked well for our schedule. Kevin and Edison were our delivery crew and they were careful, and very professional! We really
appreciated their service. 10 stars for the delivery guys!!

There needs to be a zero-star option. This is the worst company. I cannot even believe they are still in business. Our delivery from Potter Barn was scheduled for delivery yesterday, 12/7/23, between 4-7:30. I work from home and was home all day. My husband was home from 7 to the rest of the night. We got no phone call. They delivery people never showed up. We get on the phone with their customer service and they say that the guy attempted to deliver the item at 21:48. That time had not even happened yet. They never came. Spoke to a supervisor after calling mulitiple times, supervisor says he was there and they have a picture of the our house to prove it. Also states that he called and got no answer. Speak to another customer service person and they state that there is no picture and no proof that the guy called or was even in our neighborhood. Admits that they lied and no showed. STILL they won't do anything but schedule another delivery time next week. We have already been waiting weeks. Potter Barn says they have no control over it. Do not order delivery from any companies that utilize Ryder Last Mile Delivery. Deceptive business practices.

I have received the worst customer service from Miss Eoa at Ryder last mile (Corporate). Yesterday I received a phone call from Vanessa (Ryder) to schedule the pick up time for my order. Vanessa left me a message to call her back at this number. I called back and seems like the call went to the corporate office and not the warehouse where this other lady Eoa refuse me to give any information, not even the address of the warehouse where I needed to do the pick up, I just wanted to confirm if my order was ready and she said I needed to call Crate and Barrel. Absolutely no empathy for the customer and cero customer service. Unbelievable...

I would give them one star if I can. The delivery time is incredibly long. It's impossible to schedule something less than 2 weeks.

We bought a friend from Costco. Not a good delivery choice.
