With over 17 years in the industry, I can honestly say that I have never been treated better by a trucking company than I have at Royalane! Got their phone number from their Facebook page and spoke with the owner directly. He was very friendly when I asked him if they hire SAP drivers. After everything I heard from other drivers going through the SAP program, I expected to be treated like a second-class citizen. That was definitely not the case with these people! They paid for my RTD test, hired me on the spot, and even put me into what I feel like is the nicest truck on their lot!

The owner, Brett, invests a LOT of money on the trucks. This is the nicest truck I've ever driven in my life! Fully loaded with premium seats, great sound system, and even an automatic fifth wheel lock! Orientation was just one day, and I was the only driver, but they spoiled me with a breakfast pastry spread fit for a king! They even gave me a welcome package. When I say that I've never been treated better by a trucking company, you can believe it's not an exaggeration.

Everyone the office is very friendly and professional, and no one treated me differently because of my status as a "SAP driver"! Thanks Royalane!!

I wouldn't work for this company ever again, they lie to you, if you think you're ever getting detention pay you're not, they keep all that money to themselves, and I'd you quit because of family reasons the owner will call you and tell you that it isn't a valid reason to quit his company. They don't know how to treat employees, will run you ragged and refuse to pay you what you rightfully are owed.

Bad company to be with they run you illegal...plus if you leave them and leave the truck clean on the inside they play games and hold your pay check that's against the law ....I'd never work for this company ever again....I learned my lesson good luck u guys are as bad as king farms liers and yes you guys owe me 2300 pay check pay me and I'll remove this if not it's staying on People don't work for either companies.

I've been with Royalane about 2 months now, its been by far the best company I've ever drove for. The office staff are all extremely friendly, any problems I've had, have been taken care of immediately. Noah, the driver manager is the nicest guy I've ever met. Rex, Bret, and the rest of the office personnel are all professional. They do their absolute best to make sure you succeed. I consider everyone of them family. I'm proud to say, I have found a home at Royalane Trucking.

They have good ppl that work in the office. The owner Brit will do his best to work with you to a reasonable extent. Unfortunately I had to leave sooner than my 2 weeks. We are small but we are like a family at times.Its upsetting that people bash Royalane because there not happy ..My wife and I got our home because Brett gave a chance and a job..If you a terrible person that's on you bad reviews..This is a company starting out and we're growing. I highly recommend Royalane ,you get home too thats the best...ty Brett,Rex,Ann Colette..

I am relatively new to trucking but the job i first started out with didn't pay so well. I enjoy the pay, I enjoy being home regularly, and the staff is very friendly. I recommend Royalane Trucking to everyone i speak with. The dedicated route works for me. I like all the little percs we also get like a fridge and cable. GREAT COMPANY COME ON OVER
