Online ordering was easy, delivery was fast. We had pizza, wings and a Caesar salad. The salad had 3 shaved pieces of Parmesan…that was it. Plus an additional $3 charge to add the chicken…which also was not much. The wings were decent and the pizza was good. Definitely more seasoning on the center pieces, the edges were lacking. Would probably try again. Still a lot of pizza places in the area to try! UPDATE! I actually received a call from the owner of Rosatis shortly after I posted. Impressive service! They said they will take care of making it right. That’s worth 5 stars alone! Thank you!

Great Taste and Fine Service and decent Deals ! Thank You Rosati's, Michelle was very polite and Always helpful whenever I order from your resturant on Western Ave. We often order pizza while I am scheduled to work at WGN TV in Chicago. I haven't had Rosati's in a very long time because they fell off. I figured I'd try this location because it's by my house and my friend and I wanted to try it.

I ordered one slice of sausage, 1 order cheesy breadsticks, and 2 orders of canoli.
They forgot my slice so and decided to wait for it to be cooked. They also forgot my marinera sauce and the slice looked so bad. The breadsticks look nothing like the ones pictured on the website. They looked pre-cooked. I won't go to rosatis again, especially this location.

Amazing customer service cashier, Michelle is extremely professional and friendly! I love to order the Windy City pizza, always tasty, and made to perfection! A go to if you would like some pizza. They also have pasta and wings which are delicious.
