My 18YO granddaughter has called twice for assistance with a Medi-Cal application. The person answering both times (same person) has been brusque, rude, and refuses to listen or explain the process. When I tried to provide some information as we were on speaker, he became agitated and refused to speak with me at all. Absolutely atrocious customer service skills and putting up multiple road blocks to a young woman who doesn't understand the process.

I just got clicked away from a call I made, previous worker sounds disappointed in speaking to me. Left her 2 voice-mail in 2 consecutive days till I finally was able to speak with her regarding my application I've been waiting. Times are tough and reaching out for help one may qualify for because it's needed and offered to us by the government makes me feel as if I'm doing something wrong in applying

Went in to submit some documents and it only took a total of 10 min in & out, because I used the kiosk machine they have inside. It's quick and easy and there is always someone there to help you if you don't know how to use it!

The place (building and office) was on the newer side but still felt kind of old and creepy for some reason. I was assisted (upon my insistance) when I turned in some changes for my SAR...I was already kinda late and at the risk of termination so I was not about to leave without proof I was there(time and date stamped). Just a few months ago they said they called me for an appointment but the funny,(not so funny) thing is my phone never rang!!! Then they claimed they didn't receive my packet of paperwork I mailed them (that took me hours to complete). I had also done it on C4Yourself to try and cover all my bases but they still said I didn't complete paperwork on time!!! I was beyond mad so this time I drove to the creeped out office to see a human because I didn't want them to have any possible way to say I didn't do what I was supposed to. Anyways, I am still a bit bigger but I'll get over it eventually!

The service they provide here is horrible they cannot even help you with anything its like they dont want to do their job they are lazy totally unprofessional
They should be replaced asap because i have gone multiple time and see with my own eyes how people ask questions due to the fact that they want to make sure that their application is correct if not so they can correct it, but the people there avoid the questions and we just get ignored. (Replace those workers tooo lazy and unprofessional they dont deserve the job).
