I had the worst experience with quickship. This is a company I would not suggest using. I initially received a quote and date for my pickup. Prior to the pickup date I called and spoke with Jude and asked if I could modify the pickup location in which he stated that was fine. On the day of, the driver called and verified that he could not pick up my car. The address he spoke of was the previous address. Once I explained to him I made an adjustment he then very rudely told me that address was too far. I suggested I could drop the car off after work or the next day because I was off and the driver was still very rude and said he would call me back. I then spoke to Jude who at first told me I never modified the address, but once I showed him the texts he stated he would find a different driver. The new driver was very polite and arranged the pickup however the price changed. I had already paid a deposit of 250 and I was supposed to pay 550 upon pickup. The new driver advised it would be a total of 900 and the previously paid 250 was not included. At this time the driver was in front of me and I had to make the adjustment. Quickship said a manger would call, no one did. They were not apologetic about the lack of communication. They only cited I had to pay whatever the new drivers amount was because it’s all different. I did not ask for a new driver, their driver declined the job. This company will make changes and not tell you first. They will refuse service after a deposit is made and the new amount is on you. No manager will try to help. This was my first experience and trust me go with a different company. From the driver to dispatch, my experience with them disappointing.i should’ve known when they quoted me 550 then once I got on the phone is was a booking fee added.

Beware everyone, total scammers. I wish I could give 0 stars. And I wish I had read their reviews first. Shame on me. Be careful of Neil Collins. Agreed on $150 deposit for $350 haul. Driver shows up with short flatbed that can't accommodate my sprinter van. Collins says it's my fault for modifying my van without telling him. Explained to him that it wasn't modified. It's factory. Still blames me and refuses to return deposit. Ok, so he gets another driver to show up next morning. This driver says he'll take the van but I have to pay extra to the original $350. About $600. Told him to get lost. This industry is overun with people that have no conscience because there is no oversight. And forget about trying to get back your deposit. Told me he didn't care if I took him to court because he will always win. So cocky.

This place is a rip off they quote you one price and totally change the price once they deliver your car , and threaten to put your car in storage if you don’t pay !! Neil quoted me $275 with $150 deposit and $125.00 when delivered . So driver calls me 2am telling me it will be $300.00 im like Niel told me my balance would be $125.00 so driver and suppose to be supervisor says I’ll have a talk with Neil because he shouldn’t have told you that if you don’t pay I’m not leaving your car I’ll put it in storage did you read your contract , yes I read the contract but it doesn’t say anything about my deposit nor my balance so yes their scammers they tell you one price too get your business then they strong arm you too pay a higher price . Very unprofessional. I will not advise anyone to use this service this happened too me 4/15/2025 at 2am in the morning very disappointed with their service

The delivery was faster than expected. The driver was super friendly and nice. They took their time with protecting and covering everything so there would be no damage. I didn't have to do anything when shipment arrived except tell them where to put it. A+++++. Will definitely use them again.

Run do not walk away from this company. They will quote you a price to ship your vehicle and ask for a booking fee upfront. Then the day of the pickup the pickup driver will end up with car problems supposedly. My guess is they never had a driver to begin with. They will then say they are trying to find another driver and try to upcharge you for delivery saying the price has gone up. All these positive reviews are fake. Don’t believe them.
