No way would I even waste my time calling in to talk to this company or remove my review. The way this store treats their staff is reason enough not to support it. The owner doesn’t care to actually resolve issues, just slips it under the rug. Even as a customer you could see it when midway through a purchase their staff was all let go or fired and their commissions were kept in house. I’ll drive to Chicago for my product any day.

I worked with Jeff Roberts to order my kitchen faucet and cabinet pulls/knobs and was very impressed! Jeff educated me on different materials used and how that will impact quality.
