Extremely disappointed in this dispensary, been coming here for years and never had an issue or was disappointed with the product, spent thousands of dollars here. Bought a timeless pen for $45 5 days ago, got maybe 5 hits off of it before it died, you can’t recharge them so I took it back in for either a refund or exchange or literally anything, they said their policy was they can’t take back any products past 3 days, well I don’t smoke on the weekdays and wouldn’t have found out it was dead anyways.

What a rip off, I expect the product to work as intended for $45. Now I have no weed or money, thanks.

I contemplated going in bc of the wait time, which wasn’t bad and ended up being way sooner than the time I was told. I hit the jackpot with my server David; he was absolutely amazing, he knew exactly what would work for my medical issues and my nausea. He was sympathetic and wasn’t just trying to rush me and really looked into a bunch of different options for me, since I’ve tried a lot and needed something different. I can honestly say what he recommended for my nausea has completely taken it away and my pain and stress levels are much much lower after trying his other recommendation. I had bad experience in the past with the previous ownership and hadn’t been back but it is so close to my house I gave it a shot and now due to David I will be a returning customer! Thank you David🙏🏼

I've been coming to this location since it opened and my loyalty is extreme. Best service, best prices, and great staff. I've purchased in CA, CO, AK, WA, and MT and I always stay missing my homies at Pondy, formerly known as Health for Life Ellsworth. Thank you so much, all of you, for being so kind and keeping affordable prices for those of us on increasingly tight budgets. If it wasn't for y'all, I just wouldn't partake at this point. I can't express my gratitude enough, now more than ever.

This location sucks now. Never answers their phone. There’s barely anyone working so you always have to wait 15+ mins in the lobby. Can’t order online because half of their product isn’t advertised there. It’s worth it to drive an extra 10 mins to TruBliss.

Great in person experience got edibles and wax. Wax was perfect 2 different flavors, only issue was my pack of 10 hard candies only came with 8, not too thrilled about that. First time here as well. 🤦🏽‍♀️
