Awesome Old School butchers. I asked for outside skirt steak and he trimmed some for me on the spot. That’s fresh! Very accommodating, friendly and neighborly.

Its great to find a REAL butcher shop! I like my steaks and chops much thicker than local grocers feature, but at Polancic's they cut to order. I have to stop myself from over ordering, because everything is so delicious. I live about 15 miles away, but schedule doctors visits in Ottawa around my trip to Polancic's.

Ordered a20 jumbo pack and they were delivered in a cooler and still frozen when they arrived. Fried up 4 and they were delicious!!! Wife and I enjoyed the breading and the flavor was spot on! Highly recommend to those who live in states that don’t offer the beloved tenderloin sandwich and those that live in states that do but enjoy cooking at home!

Bought pork trimming from them a few days ago. Called it in and was quoted $5/lb, which I think is high, picked it up and they charged me $6/lb. First time buying there and the last.

TJ thanks for helping with my online order. Many of us have waited for years to ship your pork Tenderloins. I'm guessing you're going to to be pretty busy. Outside of Indiana people look @ you very confused they have no idea what they're missing SO DELICIOUS . Great family owns this place
