Mostly abandoned. Liminal, not functional. If the backrooms are your thing, this is a five-star experience for you. If you are looking to ditch your mom at Lane Bryant and grab an Orange Julius on your way to Hot Topic... those days are over my friend. This building will age your spirit and make you really hate Jeff Bezos.

This Mall is basically closed! There are only like 3-4 stores here Bath and Body works, Marshall’s, Maurice’s and an AMC that has a couple old movies playing. I would not recommend coming here.

The mall makes me so sad now. You can tell it use to be such a busy popular place. Now it's nothing. You could sprint from one end to the other without running into anyone.

They took down their reviews on their facebook page because of the honesty. Truth is, this mall SUCKS! Its 100% the owner's fault. So many opportunities to make this a great place again. I predicted that it would be closed in less then 5 years. That was 1 year ago. Since my prediction they have lost several more stores that the shoppers did not want to see go, including a huge one. JC Pennys. The owner will make several excuses to why this is but the fact is they are NOT business friendly. The way they regulate their mall policies it makes it impossible for a business to thrive there. Rent is outrageous and they wont even let you bring your business there if it doesnt live up to their standards. 4 Years to go before this mall will be gone for good. I wish the owner would wake the %$#% up

Below Is 18 stores closed (not including JC Pennys). That is more then half of the stores in the mall out of business or moved elsewhere because the owner does not know how to run a successful business. When I first predicted this place gone there were only 5 stores out of business. Half way there......

And new 2017 update! Sears just announced that they are closing end of this year too. Goodbye mall.

2018 update: Bergners gone, FYE turning into BYE, and Rue 21 is making plans to get out too. 2 years ago I predicted the mall gone in 5 years. I’ll be surprised if they last another year. Even Applebees went bankrupt because they reside on mall territory. The Peru mall was a disaster ever since the owner decided to overcharge businesses to rent there and create bogus renting policies. RIP

There aren't any stores left. Very sad. But they still have a Bath and Body Works. It's the only reason I go there.

Most storefronts empty. A few anchor stores left. Looks like it could be a nice mall if more stores were filled.

Accessible parking lot, variety of affordable shopping boutique. What I like the most is the Marshalls. The mall should be upgraded and updated with the trend. I also saw a lot of closed stall today, and im wondering are they totally closing the mall? Its also good for the people who are saving.

Peru should really figure this out. You can demolish all of this, turn it into a 5 store strip mall, and make the rest of the space a park. I've never been to a more vacant mall 🙁
