Just had a run in for the first time here, and Yvonne is truly a delightful person. She was very kind even when the label for my package was improperly put on, she put on clear tape to correct it, very quick as well. We made a little enjoyable small talk as well. I have never felt the need to review a place ever but she's different, she's something else. If you have the option, definitely come here over other places, I promise you won't be disappointed

So I just stopped there to grab a couple copies and was so pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the accommodating nature of the store in general and most of all by the employees/owner. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was a beautiful African American woman who is extremely kind, courteous and professional. Please support small businesses and stop in here for your parcel and packing needs, but also just to take a look around the store because it has so much cute stuff in it. Great for Christmas presents and stocking stuffers

This is now my go to for all shipping related projects. Ms. Yvonne is so nice, thorough, and patient. Even when I was running close to last minute pickup for FedEx, she asked the driver to wait a few minutes!!!!! Excellent service!!!!!
