This company damaged my husband's winch on his trailer when the tophandler did not pay attention to directions given to him to keep container 3 feet back from stops on trailer and proceeded to lower container in top of the winch that is located in front of the flatbed of the trailer and this company responded to his concern with "we are not responsible for damage to your equipment during the loading of a container" and basically had no remorse for the damage they caused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are ok with them damaging your equipment
