Good day, everyone!

If you’ve looked up this company’s address on Google Maps to check their rating, it probably means you’re also dissatisfied with their service. Let me share my experience with this brokerage company. First of all, their employees have poor English skills, and it’s often hard to understand what they’re saying, but that’s not the biggest problem. We took a load from them in Illinois. We waited at the site for 12 hours to get loaded, and the broker paid $150 in compensation for this. We didn’t just sit around—we were looking for other loads all over Chicago and constantly arguing with the site trying to figure out what was going on with our load. The brokers at this company don’t know how to work with clients. When I requested to speak to management, I was simply ignored. Never take a load from this company if you value your peace of mind.

So I’ve used OSTT for the last couple weeks for loads out of Florida. Fair rates and easy to deal with. Kunj found me loads in both locations I was in in Florida. I appreciate the work and will call again when I’m down there.

They will find any excuse to not pay. I loaded sheets inside crates. The packaging inside the crate was loose. Now they are saying it’s a carrier issue. When clearly it’s a packaging issue. Do not load with these thieves! Sheets were shipped with cracks also blame it on carrier.
