This company used to be amazing to work with, I'd never have to worry about needing a load. And than they started lowering rates left and right. $3000 to $2000, $2000 to $1000 and so on. I guess they forgot who always helped them out, who took care of them when they needed help. It got so bad, I just stopped wanting any of their business. I'd rather book with a random DAT broker for cheaper, than take another load from them, even if their load paid better. "When I'm bleeding out, I don't need you to push the knife in deeper, I can do it myself"

We been doing business with this Broker since 2013.
Started with an agent that work from his office in Delaware. (Tom) was a great guy.. He no longer works for company since they did some reorganizing and got rid of some agents..

And Gray has always since day one been AP person I deal with and he’s Awesome

We been dealing with Jacob for a few years now and he’s great to work with he tenders all our loads.

All 3 of these guys would and will go over and beyond for you. As long as ur doing your part as a carrier correctly.

Honestly the only issue was occasionally the customer i pull for all the time .. would have maxed out there credit limit so a few times we couldn’t take a load till situation was handled...

But it was at a u certain time for the customer and they we’re getting there Finanacial’s right..

So I would recommend this broker based my dealings.
And tht 8 years worth..
Same customer same broker..
