Worst place! Don’t buy shoes here; they accuse you of wearing them and laughing about it. I drove two times. The first time, I didn’t have my receipt, and the second time, I came back with my receipt. They examined my shoes and called someone else to see them. Then they took my shoes and gave them to security to review them. I was angry!! Never buy shoes from here

I bought a pair of glitter crocs, but after wearing them just once, the glitter started to come off. Unfortunately, the charms couldn’t be returned as they didn’t have the price tag anymore, but thankfully, they accepted the shoes back, which were the most expensive item. I appreciate the excellent customer service, and with this positive experience, I will definitely shop here again.

Do not shop here. They are so frustrating! I bought 5 pair of shoes during the buy one get one 50% off. The original price was $99.99. I bought them for $59.99, but did not find outfits to go with them so I came back in 10 days to return unworn shoes. Instead of refunding $59.99 plus tax, they want to give me back $45, unless I bring a pair I want. On principal, I don’t want to give a company a $15 donation. That is so stupid. If they don’t want it give me my money back as stated on the policy. If a business does not live up to there own policy that is stated everywhere, then I don’t want to spend my money with them…!

Great selection! Prices are average, not too high, just what you expect when you buy shoes. I bought two for me and snowboots for my 6 year old, came to around $160. Very big for a shoe store!

It was meh the shoes were nice but the bathroom was on life support it was horrible it had urine all over the place and there was poop stains on the floor do better

A older lady that o ly spoke Spanish asked me to help, I didn't mind but she was asking me questions an employee can answer. I couldn't find any employee for help so I wrnt over to the cashier and said, "Excuse me, Permiso,....permiso" . I WAS 3 FEET FROM THE CASHIER MADELINE N SHE IGNORED ME UNTIL I SAID HELLO. She then looked over n said I need to wait because she had a customer. I told her I just need to ask for someone to help a lady. She continued with an attitude, " I said wait, when I'm done with them I will call for someone to help you. I told her forget it. I walked around looking for someone until I came across Mary (tall, black hair with glasses), she was very helpful, willing to assit and was happy to do it. From the previous reviews I can tell it is not Madeline's (blonde) 1st time providing poor customer service. It was my 1st time shopping here since Im from out of state, and it will be my last. I rather gove my money to someone/ corporation that will talk n treat me with respect!

Phenomenal customer service! Everyone was friendly and helpful and the selection is vast. I wear a size 11, which is not easy to come by oftentimes. I ended up buying 12 pair of shoes/boots/sneakers! The cashier (employee 123936) deserves a raise. She is patient and kind and an excellent employee! 🙂
