On my second appointment because my windshield was not installed correctly the first time. Was told to stop in today at 11 and they would take a look at it. An hour after my appointment time for a follow up because the didn’t complete the job right the first time and my car has not even been looked at yet. When the tech finally did get my car in to look at an hour and fifteen minutes late I was told they didn’t let the glue dry long enough when they installed my windshield and I would have to come back a third day to have my entire windshield replaced AGAIN. Will not use again.

Great service and came to the house at the appointed time. The installation went smoothly and perfectly in our driveway. Good as new in the end, so we were quite pleased with the result and the ease by which this was repaired. Setting up the appointment was a breeze as well, by phone.

The experience in South Burlington was 100%. Caring and friendly customer service, (Terry), expertise and friendliness by the installer (Carl), along with a pristine and comfortable waiting area. The location was convenient and not far from the exit off 89. And gosh, having had a 13 yr old windshield, it's a treat to now see out through a new, clear windshield. I was also told that if a chip should happen, just come on by- there is a chance of an "on the spot" repair! Thanks to all!

I recently got a rock chip in my windshield while driving on the highway. I was worried it would spread and crack across the entire windshield with the cold weather, so I called Novus Glass first thing in the morning. I spoke with a woman in their call center around 8 AM, and she assured me that someone would call back within 15 minutes to schedule an appointment. Sure enough, I received a call shortly after, and the woman I spoke with was able to get me in the same day!

When I arrived, a young man greeted me outside. When he learned I was there for a chip repair, he immediately pulled my vehicle inside while I waited comfortably inside. From when I arrived to when I left, the entire process took around 20 minutes. The gentleman at the front was friendly, and when I got back in my car, I was impressed with the repair—the chip was barely noticeable, but more importantly, the damage was prevented from spreading.

Not only was the service quick and professional, but the pricing was also very reasonable. The experience was fantastic—hassle-free, affordable, and top-notch work. Everyone I interacted with was polite, and I highly recommend Novus Glass for chip repairs or any other glass needs!

I got a chip in my windshield on a Friday afternoon and the Arianna got me in at 8am on Monday. The guys filled a chip on my wife's car last year on the same day I got it and it has held up great. The whole crew in St Albans have been amazing in my 2 times using them in the last 12 months. 100% will be back if and when I need to replace a windshield. High quality workmanship installing auto windshield. They will schedule you asap, knowledgeable customer service. Now you might be a little confused about the shop but the most important is the quality work that this businesses provide. Also the first hours of installing your windshield you might hear some kind of kind of sprinkle noise from your windshield. But after overnight it will disappear. Highly recommend this business to my friends and family. Thank you
