Last month, we eloped to California from Maine. We were running behind on our way to the airport, with a car load of purchases from our trip, and we arrived at Norcal pack & ship about 5 minutes after closing. I was really panicking about what we were going to do with all our stuff, so I went up and peeked in the window in the hopes we could ship our belongings. Rik, one of the owners, was still inside, and took us in anyway, packed up all of our stuff, and was so friendly and kind the whole time even though we delayed the end of his work day. Also, everything arrived as expected - as perfect as when I bought it. I definitely recommend!! Rik saved our day! ❤

Norcal Pack & Ship is wonderful community resource! For shipping needs or a box to receive mail and packages, it's a HUGE time saver over the post office. And it's so much more. I don't own a printer but can email them an attachment and pick up a print job soon after. They also offer faxing, copying and other office services. They have an array of charming local handmade goods for sale.

What strikes me most though is the sincere welcoming quality of the folks that run the place. The first day I came in I was greeted cheerfully and given a map of the area. When I asked about hiking trails, I got some terrific suggestions. This shop is such a boon and reaffirms how lucky I am to have moved to Fort Bragg.

The lady was very helpful and pleasant, my autism makes communication with strangers difficult, and I have lost the use of my dominant hand so my writing ability nearly nil.
She was patient and friendly and worked to find me a solution that worked without costing me too much.

Shipped something FedX today. It was a pleasant experience. Polite, helpful service, even cheerful. They're open a lot more hours than our local UPS shipping. I will use them for my shipping needs as often as possible.
