UPDATE EDIT:
The Owner of the location not only reached out same day with a full personal email apologizing, explaining the situation and showing what a true leadership position should look like but most kindly she also made my order free without even having to ask, refunding my 30 dollar total even though i placed an online order through the app. All without me having to go in or take a call which is more than what i could’ve expected with today’s typical customer service. Thank you very much for making everything correct!

They have employees working who visually and audibly hate one another, talking very rude to one another, blaming each other for wrong orders and missing items it’s ridiculous and a manager wasn’t available? I’ll be calling and making formal complaints about this location it’s absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The 2 girls working were not happy that my husband and I came in 10 minutes before closing and we were greeted with no smiles and could tell right away that they did not want us there. Very disappointing customer service.

When Solo on this trip second time around for me if I’ve been there twice that means it’s a good place since I’m somewhat picky you gotta try it. Girls at the counter were pleasant and it’s all freshly made.

super nice staff great vibes personally i didn't love my juice but my cousin really liked her bowl mine was free because the app so mabye i just have to try a different flavor but overall a great experience i had the beet one update i got a smoothie i tried the pumpkin spice one so good 10/10 loved it

They refuse to take your order over the phone simply because they have a lot of people in line, what's the point of advertising ordering ahead if I never can? And it's not like I can't just go online and do it because even then you guys don't allow me to add and take off certain items in my order meaning I can only order through the phone, it's ridiculous and the last time I deal with this place I'll be going to Jamba

My daughter visited store, told employee she had peanut and tree nut allergies. They promised her she’d be fine and washed blender but not well. After 2 sips she had anaphylactic reaction and we had to take her to urgent care. Next day I went to store but no manager there. Written multiple emails, phone calls and no response. Sent certified letter to owner Steve Schulze and he has not responded. She could have died. They need to answer our letters. Never go to this store if you have allergies.

Food is good, because it's a nekter franchise. But at this location, if you don't nag and pester them, you will be forgotten and end up waiting a LONG time for your food, being asked multiple times if you've been helped, then eventually they'll just pull your order out of the fridge and put it in a bag! 😂
