The guys at this location, especially Ramon, know what customer service is all about.
I used to go to the location on Fargo but never again. This will be my new NAPA home. And it's all because of the way Ramon handled my warranty.

Paid $2,400.00 on a Portacool unit 6 days ago used it once and it overflowed due to the gauge not working. Called the Napa store thinking they would exchange it since we just bought it. Nope, no way they said my beef was with Portacool . So beware do NOT buy from that store they dont stand behind there product or there customer. They left me hanging. I havent even registered it yet and they are telling me to deal with Portacool. Bad business if you ask me. Shame on you Napa. Youve lost my business.
