Lil' Italian is now Mr. Pepperoni. Before I retired, I used to go to their Hernon shop at least once a week. Good food for a great price, and lots of specials. I missed it. Small hard-working family-run business. I'm happy they've opened close to my home, I'll be by often.

This is the best pizza I have had in the area. We ordered Alfredo and a cheese steak sub as well and they were both wonderful. The service was excellent. The man working there made us very happy. I’m glad to have found a good restaurant in the area.

I catered a 40 person pizza lunch last month and the owner here went out of her way to make it a success. She came into work early to make our pizza and delivered it herself. Everyone loved the pizza and was able to enjoy as she uses Halal meats. if you are not halal you will love it because it is just great quality toppings, either way.

One of my new favorite restaurants, prices are reasonable, food is delicious and service is amazing. Would highly recommend to friends and family for the great customer service and helpful employees. Everything was immaculate. I ordered a gyro and it was perfect. Lots of seasoned meat and a white sauce with a distinct cucumber taste. If you find yourself in the area definitely go here and have some of the food, much better than most food chains in the area.

The restaurant is set up primarily for take out. There are two small tables (2 persons each) inside, but one was occupied by the owner/operator. The restaurant was warmly decorated and had a homey atmosphere. The two persons (owner and friend?) were very friendly and warm. The pizza itself was a NY style pizza. I ordered my pizza with 2 toppings. The toppings were fresh. One topping was bacon. I thought it was unusual that the bacon was uncooked when applied, but was fully cooked after bake. The taste of the pie was a bit bland. The crust was a very nice texture, but the pie would have been much enhanced with some added cook time. The sauce did not have as much pop to it as I would like and the cheese appeared to be straight mozzarella. The pie was certainly satisfying, but more cooking time, perhaps additional herbs/spices in the sauce for added pop and a blend of cheese could elevate the pie to standing out amongst the many area pizzerias.

Google hasn’t quite caught up, but Lil Italian has been replaced by Mr. Pepperoni—they’ve had a restaurant in Herndon for 30 years and now this one in Fairfax. We tried it tonight and loved it! I got a steak & cheese sub which was a 10/10 and my family got a pizza which they loved also.

I don't understand how this place has a high rating. Maybe it's all of the suspicious accounts with 1-2 review history giving this 5/5. The pizza looks good but has nearly no flavor, literally more tasteless than Pizza Hut. Our wings were soggy and didn't have much hot sauce on them.
